These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website (www.saltandsol.com.au) and any interactions with Salt&Sol. By placing an order with Salt&Sol—whether through this website, email, or any other communication method—you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions have been written to protect both you as our valued customer and our business.
Accuracy of Information Salt&Sol makes every effort to ensure the information presented on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot be held responsible for unintentional errors or omissions, or for changes that may occur after publication. Any third-party information provided on our site is also subject to verification, and we do not guarantee its accuracy.

No part of this website may be reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.
If you, as the purchaser, submit an image to us (via upload, email, or post), you confirm that you hold the rights or have obtained permission to use the image under Australian copyright law. Salt&Sol accepts no liability for the unauthorised use of images supplied by customers. All artwork featured in our galleries is used under proper licensing agreements or has been submitted by the original artists.
Colour Representation We take great care in reproducing accurate colours across all artworks. However, due to variations between monitors, device screens, and viewing environments, colours may appear slightly different from the final printed product. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that slight colour discrepancies may occur.
Customer Satisfaction & Returns Policy We proudly offer a satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, we will replace the item or offer a full refund where appropriate. For custom-printed artwork, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, as each piece is made to order. However, in special circumstances, we may offer a replacement at cost if an error or miscommunication occurs.
Please note that our returns and replacement policy does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders exceeding $1000. These cases will be assessed individually.
Shipping and Delivery Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to external factors such as public health disruptions or courier delays. We are not liable for delays outside our control but will do everything we can to assist in resolving any issues.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, and the order is returned to us, a $20 re-shipping fee will be charged. Similarly, if an order is not collected from a local post office and is returned to us, the customer is liable for the re-delivery fee.
Salt&Sol is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once an order has been dispatched. We do not offer financial compensation for courier delays. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties associated with their delivery.
Personal Information Salt&Sol collects personal information solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We never share or sell this information to third parties, except where necessary to complete your transaction.
