Returns & Refund Policy – Salt&Sol
At Salt&Sol, each artwork is made to order with care and attention to detail. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or if the artwork is not quite what you expected. We encourage you to review your order details and size selections carefully before placing your order.
However, if your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty in any way, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and provide:
•    Clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging
•    Your order number
•    A brief description of the issue
Send this information to info@saltandsol.com.au, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.
As our artworks are custom-printed, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing, colour discrepancies due to screen calibration, or general dissatisfaction. That said, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and will always do our best to resolve genuine concerns on a case-by-case basis.
