Pop in and grab your print for free. We offer free local pickup from both of our Australian studios — choose this option at checkout, skip the courier, and we'll let you know the moment your order is printed and ready to collect.

Lead time: usually ready in 2 to 4 business days (we print to order). We'll email you as soon as it's ready. After-hours collection by arrangement — just reply to your order email.
Shipping Policy – Salt&Sol
At Salt&Sol, we’re proud to offer some of the fastest production turnaround times in Australia. While printing and stretching are handled efficiently in-house, actual delivery times are subject to the performance of our courier partners, which may vary based on location, artwork size, and seasonal demand.
Please note that current global events—including ongoing freight delays and increased international shipping costs—may result in longer-than-usual delivery times.

📦 Production Time Frames
All artworks are printed to order. Typical production times are:
• Stretched Canvas Prints: 2–4 business days
• Framed Prints: Add 1–2 extra days
• Rolled Canvas & Paper Prints: Typically dispatched within 1–3 business days

Express delivery is available and quoted per order, depending on the parcel size and destination.
• Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): Approx. $35 for small to medium parcels
• Rural Areas: Priced case-by-case
• WA, NT, TAS: Express is available but not overnight, and can be significantly more expensive—please contact us for a custom quote.

We ship worldwide, with most international orders fulfilled from our overseas partners to ensure faster local delivery and reduced environmental impact.

International delivery costs and time frames are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and product size.

📥 Shipping to PO Boxes
Orders under 80cm in total length can be shipped to PO Boxes via Australia Post. Larger orders must be delivered to a physical address. We’re happy to ship to business or workplace addresses if that’s more convenient for you.

🚚 Who Will Deliver My Parcel?
Most orders—especially larger artworks—are delivered via courier directly to your door. Please include clear delivery instructions when placing your order. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended unless you’ve provided permission to do so.

❌ What If My Print Is Damaged in Transit?
All prints are carefully packaged and fully insured during shipping. If your parcel arrives with visible damage, do not accept delivery—please ask the courier to return it to sender and notify us immediately at info@saltandsol.com.au.
If your parcel is left unattended and you discover damage to the packaging or artwork, contact us within 24 hours. Please email us with clear photos of:
• The damaged packaging
• The damaged print
We’ll organise a replacement as soon as possible.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product size and destination.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
• It is your responsibility to enter correct delivery details. Re-delivery fees may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect.
